I enjoyed the summer facial offer, however it didn't last the 55 minutes that was advertised, was more like 45 minutes including a very brief consultation. The therapist also wore gloves the whole time, which was off putting as it felt strange on my face and all I could hear was the crinkling of the gloves! It did ruin it a bit for me unfortunately. Every other treatment I've had at Pure has been so lovely so I was a bit disappointed this time.
