Due to traffic I was really late for my appointment but Lucy couldn't have been nicer. She made me a cup of tea and was welcoming, friendly and reassuring. The facial itself was great. Lucy was very professional and explained everything she was doing. The whole venue was relaxing from the music down to the treatment rooms. I will definitely be back and would recommend Lucy and Pure unreservedly
