Yet again a first class service from Catherine and from the whole pure team . You are made to feel comfortable at ease and special as soon as you walk in the door . Catherine is not only a fantastic beauty therapist but also a lovely person who goes above and beyond for your experience at the Venue. Fantastic place and fantastic staff
