Terrible. Salon is a building site so doesn’t give the atmos you expect when parting with a lot of cash. Stylist can’t speak a word of English and had clearly never done foils before, so much so I actually had to ask her to step away from my hair as it was so awful! I was told just to see how it ends up and that it’s because Londoners want a very different service to Italians? End result was okay but not great. very disorganised and felt like all other clients in there were also having problems
