Staff was very nice and place itself seems good but my waxing wasn't so good - maybe wax they used is too harsh but it got me wounded and bleeding :( even though it's small wound but painful!

Not better as usual, I prepaid for both services, however I was given the right treatment when I got there which I didn’t refuse, I was told that the price was less so I asked if it could be added to the paid service of a wash and cut, so I paid more on top and they didn’t deduct what I was owed, was so comfortable with having Susanne unfortunately she isn’t there, contemplating if should use them again, my stylist wasn’t the friendliest either however all the other staff were

Edna is so thorough and efficient! I have had many Hollywood experiences where I’ve come out of the salon frustrated that they missed so much, but Edna was brilliant in getting as much as possible.
