Unfortunately first visit after lockdown was disappointing, I had to wait for half an hour for my treatment to start, and no one could explain why. I think they got themselves overbooked because treatwell was not properly reconciled with phone appointments,so some other therapist had to stay late and do it. Maybe it was because they just reopened,but, having said that, I do live nearby and visit them from time to time, and vaguely remember same sort of issues with them in preCorona times too.

venue was still under construction/surface re-decoration. the aesthetic is very hip with natural lumber. looking forward to the salon finishing the decoration
