Okay ish facial. Concentrated more on my shoulders and chess than the face. Also, not sure why hard scrubs are used when they can create micro tears on the face. Definitely to change the mask...

Having given Lorraine just a loose idea of the sort of cut I was after, she knew exactly what else to give it to create a beautiful style that flatters my face shape. And when I asked for a relaxed, not too over done blow-dry, she nailed it!
