My appointment was rescheduled to a later time so I had to wait. They still overran the time and I got no apology from the therapist. While waiting, no one offered me a drink until I asked (but the lady who served it was very nice).

I've been coming here for my fringe trims for a while now and always love the result, I have very thick and curly hair and never found a better place that knows how to treat my hair. Vincenzo did an amazing job and I'm so happy with the way he shaped my fringe!
