I've had a lot of facials (good and bad) and truly this is one of the best I've had in London. Experienced therapist who is very thorough and doesn't miss steps. I've been back quite a few times for the microdermabrasion facial and always leave feeling glowing and healthy. I've also had a hair colouring appointment here which I wasn't so pleased with (although it wasn't terrible) but on the count of the beautician alone this place is five stars.

Shannon is a lovely hairdresser and the staff are v friendly.It is still a bit of a building site though and the toilet and handwashing facilities for punters need sorting

I was very pleased with my pedicure, good service and value for money. The salon still needs some refurbishment down in the basement and the lighting is a bit harsh, but this would not stop me from returning!
