I visit this salon often for Beauty treatments which are always excellent so I decided to try the hairdressing services and booked a half head of highlights. The staff are lovely and definitely listen to what you want, however I was slightly disappointed that my hair didn't really look that different but that may be because I emphasised wanting it to look natural too much! It is also very cold in the salon, particularly if you are sitting around for a couple of hours waiting for colour to develop. I really feel for the staff as it must be freezing spending the day in there!

The beauty section of Pure Synergie is absolutely fantastic. I've been several times and the therapists are great, and the treatments are thorough and not rushed. I particularly like the microdermabrasion.
Hair wise I had some highlights run through my hair and it was ok - 3* - it took a terribly long time (because they were seeing 3 clients simultaneously so I had to sit and wait for ages even after the foils were out) and the bleach left my head a little sting-y. However the end effect was good and my highlights were nice.

Shannon was very friendly and took time to listen to what i wanted. I had a late appointment but didn't feel rushed. I was happy with my haircut and would go back.
