Despite visiting the salon 2 days before my appointment for a skin test I was not told i couldn't have a tint until the day and it cost me another £40 for highlights I already paid £36 so what was meant to be a reasonable price turned into a expensive colour treatment.

Always a great service, this was probably my best wax I've had there. I always feel very comfortable with all the ladies that have waxed me. They're always nice and talkative, which helps to take your mind away from the waxing! They all have great advice for after care too.

The staff are very friendly and the salon was very clean. The receptionist was very accommodating running out to get me soy milk for my Americano. The hairdresser listened to me with regards to wanting to cut off the bare minimum and gave me a lovely blowout. Would go back.
