At first, after placing my booking, I had a call from Synergie to cancel, which was frustrating, as I had planned my day around it BUT the receptionist was SO helpful, she booked me in for another day but promised to contact me if they had any cancellations and sure enough, they managed to squeeze me in! This is why I'll always keep coming back! The staff are brilliant, so helpful and genuinely lovely.

I didn't get quite the colour outcome I was looking for and they ran out of time to do a blowdry. I've been told I should be able to come back in another day to get the blowdry but so far haven't heard this. Otherwise I always enjoy going here and the staff are so lovely and friendly - no negativity there.
