Staff was very friendly however I was disappointed with the waiting time. I had appointment at 2pm and my service started almost half hour late. I had booked for an 55 mins service but it was wrapped up by 40 to 45 mins.

I'm so so pleased with my hair result. I have been trying to achieve a particular hair colour for years, but it normally comes out too dark. This is the first time it has ever been exactly the colour I was after! Nicola- thank you, thank you, thank you!
