I received a call a couple of days before to say that my booked was actually not available as the beautician could not work that kate and that someone would call me on the day to confirm a new slot. No one called me, I called the salon and was told they had been busy but there was now no change to the original appointment which meant I had to change my plans again to make the appointment. The treatment itself was good although it did feel a little rushed and the beautician barely spoke to me unlike usual where they make small talk.

Honestly one of the best hairdressers I’ve been to! I’ve had some bad haircuts and damage lately and I was nervous about going somewhere new but the staff made me feel a at ease and I came out with a great haircut! Can’t wait to go again!
