Unfortunately I’ve really gotten fed up with this place.
The first time I went, whilst the wax itself was good, the beautician had a bad cold. She was coughing and blowing her nose the whole time, and inevitably I caught it.
But because the wax was decent I decided to give them another go. I booked my appointment several days in advance but when I turned up for my booking I was the beautician had called in sick but their computer system was down so they couldn’t have told me in advance. They told me they would call me to sort out a refund once the computer was working again.
A week later I still hadn’t been contacted so I emailed. I received an apologetic reply and was offered 2 complimentary waxes.
I had my first one which went well, but I’ve tried to book my second one (I was told I needed to do so via email) and they just have ignored me despite several emails.
The wax itself was good, but given the terrible service, and the fact it’s not the nicest of places (you have to go through a construction area to get to the room) I have given up and will not be returning.
I had the very best possible experience in this salon. After being disappointed from another salon, I was very upset and went to Pure Synergie for help. Natalie was really professional, heart all of my wishes and concerns, and made sure that I got the perfect haircut that was fully covering my very specific expectations. She also gave me advices for my hair, showed me few products and at the end showed me my haircut from all different angles and made sure this is really want I wanted. Would highly recommend her!
