I visited Pure Synergy for a hair toner. The experience was ok overall, but it wasn’t quite what I expected in terms of the final result. That said, everyone there is really nice, welcoming, and friendly, which I truly appreciated. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the team made me feel comfortable throughout the visit
