As someone private about my personal information, I was initially a bit put off by the form you have to fill in at the start as it asks a lot of personal info about you i.e if you are on the pill, do you have ...... which I think is understandable if you are having treatments but for a haircut is unnecessary. However, I chose what to complete what I wanted to. The haircut its self was good. The stylist Suzanne gave good advice on best styles for my face shape and tips on how to manage my fine hair and give it fuller body that lasts all day. Very friendly staff all round.
I should have given 1! How the junior girl, Jamie, fooled me, unbelieveable. So I went there with a bad hair, yes, and Natalie (the best) fixed my hair color. I also asked for a haircut but they didn't have time, so I booked the day after. Jamie "tried" to cut my hair, ok. I was the first time customer and they had 50% off (of the highest priced service) for the first time customers. So a day before, I paid FULL price for my hair coloring. After they cur my hair, Jamie made me to pay the HALF PRICE of the hair coloring, after I paid the FULL PRCE of the hair coloring a day before. So instead of paying half of the coloring price plus the haircut price, I paid coloring price plus half of the coloring price??!!?!?!??!?! Luckily, I met to a lady who has been there before, and then found out she literally scammed me. Please learn the math or leave it to someone else, shame.. (Natalie is the best, yes!)
