I really like how friendly and professional the staff were. My stylist took time to talk to me about the style I wanted and was very good about listening to my concerns as well as providing suggestions without being pushy about it. Overall, it was definitely a pleasant experience and I will be happy to go back there in the future.
However, what pushed me to write a review was something that happened later that day, when I tried to buy a bottle of wine for dinner and was refused because I didn't have any ID on me. I have been shopping at that store multiple times per week for months – even had the same cashier –and have never been carded there before. Plus I'm literally twice the legal age! The only thing different about me that day was my hair. As you can probably guess, I'll definitely be going back to Pure Synergie now!
