The staff at Pure are amazing, I had a half head of highlights, and really feel like every time i go they always listen to what you want and explain how they will achieve it and make sure you are happy before they get started.

There was an issue with booking and they did not have any availability at the time I booked with Treatwell, and they did not have me in the system. We were able to organise another time that worked a couple days later and other than that I had a great experience.
