The treatment rooms downstairs are great, clean and nice. The massage bed is the most comfortable I’ve experienced and my therapist Rosemary was amazing. I would absolutely recommend and will surely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Pure Synergie today. I was greeted with a warm professional welcome, and offered a drink from their bespoke spring selection of drinks. I had a gorgeous sparkling elderflower spritzer! I was then taken downstairs for my treatment where it was cosy, quiet and full of unique decor. My wax was painless and through, something I am very meticulous about! My therapist Rosemarie gave me excellent after care advice and advised me on how I can get the best results for my skin after waxing. I will definitely be returning and when you re book you get an extra 10% off plus loyalty points! Very happy! Thank you :)

It's not the most pleasant of experiences when you are having a wax, but Pure Synergie make you feel so at ease and relaxed. It's over and done within 30 minutes but that time flies as they are so friendly and they really make you feel at ease.

I had a T section in my hair, i wanted something natural as have never had colour before, unfortunately the colour didnt go with my hair colour and was to bright, i wasnt happy with that so i did ask if they would do something about it. The manager was really kind and booked me back in with Nico who corrected the problem so i am now happy. They was very welcoming and happy to book me back in free of charge thats good customer service so will definitely use them again.
