I received a phone call 1 minute before my scheduled appointment saying that my hairstylist wasn’t going to be there in time and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled to 45 minutes later. The receptionist was incredibly unapologetic and frankly rude and dismissive of how unacceptable it was to be contacting me with this information so close to my appointment. The hairdresser herself was nice and did a good job, but I was highly unimpressed by the manners of their girls at reception and have been quite frankly put off from going there again.

The place was nice. Rosemary was phenomenal with my colonic. Took real care as it was my first and informed me about the treatment well. My wax was good (as good as it can be). Value for money, I will definitely return.
