The salon was lovely and quiet on a weekday so I was able to get an appointment with short notice. I was greeted straight away and offered coffee. Nicole cut my hair well and was absolutely lovely to chat to.

The venue and my therapist were lovely. However, my appointment got moved the day before to an earlier time slot, and then when I arrived I had to wait for at least half an hour (to the original time I’d booked) even though I’d made effort to get there at this earlier time they’d asked me to. The wax was ok, but it was not as quick and clean a job as I’m used to, I had a bit of irritation after and regrowth came through very quickly after. Ive had other treatments there and would go back, but not for this particular treatment.

Basic salon. Treatment room down some steep stairs into a cellar which smelled damp, but they have done their best to mask it. Lift seems to have gone well and perfect waxing with minimal redness. Tint doesn’t seem particularly dark and lacks pop. But lovely staff and technician was able. An hour in a dark room devoid of natural light not particularly relaxing so go early in the day for this service. Pleased overall.
