Elizabeth (senior therapist) was amazing, so skilled, gentle and friendly. This was my first waxing experience and I'm also 7 months pregnant, so I was a bit scared after reading online that it will be super painful, but it was definitely not as bad as I was expecting! The pain is bearable and totally worth it! :)

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with a lady called Venise who was brilliant. She took her time to make sure we got the result that I wanted and I was very impressed with her attention to detail. I would definitely use her again next time I get my hair cut.

Nicole cut and styled my hair really well. I had some ideas about how I wanted it cut but she was happy to make suggestions which really suited me and the look I wanted. She also gave a really good head massage when she washed my hair!
