Pedicure
Was kept waiting about 10 minutes. The therapist who did the treatment was lovely and I was pleased with the initial result, however after only 4 days several nails started peeling quite badly. I contacted one of the other pure spa venues which is closer to my work to see if the affected nails could be touched up, however they offered to re-do the whole manicure. I was very happy with the result and although I needed to have it removed just under two weeks later, this was for unconnected reasons and I would have got a good few days more out of it. This was great customer service and I would be happy to go to this salon again.
Gel Nails Manicure
A lovely neat manicure. I got a Buttefly Wings colour which was a lovely natural pink with a bit of shimmer.

Good eyebrow wax. Therapist was friendly. Only problem was kept waiting due to mix up with Wahanda booking not being processed.
Ladies' Waxing
Was a lovely relaxing massage - I almost fell asleep - but also helped with my stiff back which had been causing pain.
