Absolutely horrified with the experience I have so much hair left and I paid £52 for this service… the lady is kind and lovely but her waxing skills horrified me and I don’t think is correct to charge customers that much of the therapist is not good in their job…will need to book somewhere else to finish my waxing as I have to go holidays…paid £152 for a waxing treatment and I had left so much hair…not worthy

I had a mixed experience at salon the therapist was a lovely and kind lady but the waxing skills horrified me it took her 2h30min for full body, the problem is that she left me big patches with hair over my legs and over my intimate area.
The experience was very painful and slow…
I paid a total of £153 for a compete scam treatment I would like to raise a complaint and possible to share pictures as I feel disappointed and frustrated.
