I had a deluxe massage. The therapist tailored the massage for my needs and did some extra work on some horrible knots in my shoulders.

The staff were very lovely and the facility had a nice relaxing feeling to it. Quiet too considering your right in the middle of a shopping center, none of that bustle noise filters through which is nice. Would absolutely come back.

Actual massage therapist was good but disappointed in the room,very noisy,too chilly and only basic oil used -apparently if you had the same massage in the spa it would be warmer,darker etc etc which should be made clearer,won't be going there for massage again I'm afraid just not the right place be warned don't book massage unless it's in the spa side of the salon.

It was really good! Not painful and very hygienic. I would recommend spending a few extra pound for a good quality treatment. Rowan was also very professional, but still funny and kept my mind off the waxing.

Really nice but had expected more of a scrub for a deluxe manicure rather than a soak and polish -feet look good but not sure I like the conveyer belt feel about the venue although it's very handy as in town so may try it again
