It had been a while since I'd had a wax but the lady was extremely professional, welcoming and genuine which put me at ease straight away. The results were excellent too. This will be my new regular go to salon.

It was my first ever wax and the staff made me feel very comfortable. The spa felt very luxurious. The only criticism is that even though I am very happy with the results, there were quite a few hairs missed at the end.
