The staff was very nice and welcoming. She possess good knowledge and explained me a lot about procedure and related topics.
The facilities are nice and clean, the procedure room might have some more decorations, but it is not the most important.
Definitely will come back to them.

Very quick with the wax which is great to reduce the pain. Also used the tweezers for more difficult hairs. Overall good but could've done a slightly wider area as there are small hairs still left on the sides
