I had a lovely experience at Pure Spa with Katie. After a stressful few weeks and months with the pandemic and being about to start a new job, I was very anxious and arrived slightly late and very het up. The staff and Katie were extremely understanding and made me feel at ease. Katie was a considerate therapist who really put all her love and care into the treatments and I felt so relaxed. It was the closest thing I’ve had to holiday for so long and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much :)
