This was an extremely disappointing trip for me. For £40, I initially got a woman whose hands were shaking throughout, missing half of my nails when painting, touching wet nail varnish with her hand. So unprofessional to the point someone new had to finish the job. This lady was nice but I had to direct her on what to do as she didn’t know herself. I was in there for twice the amount of time it should have took and my nails still look terrible. V disappointing.
