The room is clean but a bit too warm in summer. The lights are not dimmed and there’s no pillows provided. The beauty therapist was lovely but the massage itself is quite average. The pressure is really light and I don’t feel that it helps with my muscles afterwards.

Not a good experience. Booking system needs attention. left waiting 20 minutes to be told the beauty therapist was double booked. Returned following day, another beauty therapist who was skilled, but the atmosphere of the place terrible. Really unhygienic, cracked chairs, chipped paint, dirt/dust on floor-pedicure done in a regular bowl, water tepid-not proper facilities for therapist to work. Loud music with ads and bad lighting. Smell of smoke. Do better.
