The staff were lovely and friendly. There has been a mistake with my booking however , so the salon were expecting me 20 mins before my actual appointment time. I never received the eyebrow tint I had paid for.

Venue was nice but very open, waxing was in same area as people having their nails done. Wax was ok, each area had to be gone over twice and lots of hairs were plucked out in the end.
