My booking did not first show in their booking system, so I had to wait unknowing what happens next. The station where tinting was done is not secluded so traffic to other rooms passed me all the time, so getting the treatment done was not relaxing. End result is great though, especially the eyebrows.

If you are getting the gel package I would not spend an extra £14 on the deluxe. Despite arriving earlier for my appointment my hand massage was rushed as the beautician had another appointment. She was lovely and I’m happy my nails are all tidied but not good value for money at all. My feet never touched water, and for that price I’d be wanting a proper pedicure.
