Did not honour booking and have not refunded payment. They emailed to say that despite the booking they didn’t actually have any availability. They said they would refund the £91 paid and that it would be received within 5 working days. 13 days later, no refund and no response to a chaser email.
I booked, and paid for, this appointment online, which was accepted by the system. Approximately one hour before the appointment I got a phone call to tell me that they were over booked and so my appointment would be cancelled and that they would contact me again to rearrange.
It has now been a week and I have still had no contact or refund.
