I booked, and paid for, this appointment online, which was accepted by the system. Approximately one hour before the appointment I got a phone call to tell me that they were over booked and so my appointment would be cancelled and that they would contact me again to rearrange. It has now been a week and I have still had no contact or refund. *ratings for atmosphere and cleanliness are listed as being average because the system would not let me progress without inputting a response.
