The therapist who did my back finished too quickly and was very clumsy dropping lots of things in the room. She didn't seem comfortable and made it feel like she had to finish her shift.
Bilkiss was amazing, great skill, friend, easy going, really enjoyed her. The products the salon uses aren't the greatest. The wax comes in this tubes, which seems really wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. The amazingness of the technician made up for this. I would definitely go to pure again, but wouldn't get waxed there till they go for something a bit more practical and environmentally friendly.
