The venue is super nice with heated bed. My massage started late and only ran for 15 minutes instead of an hour. The therapist was very sweet when I said that it was very short and she gave further trreatment.

Venue is lovely, very clean & has a ‘high end’ feel with relaxing ambiance. Staff were courteous and informative, but not openly friendly or inviting. The quality of the treatment itself wasn’t on par with the price list. The gel removal was ok, although quite a lot of buffing of my natural nail (to a point of heat friction) rather than re-soaking. The manicure was disappointing - no soaking, just a little cuticle oil applied and then cuticles trimmed. The polish finish is poor, lots of additional work at the end to remove polish from my fingers/skin and many of the issues due to the poor attention paid to dry skin areas in the manicure.
I won’t be rushing to re-book.
