Very welcoming staff but the deep cleansing facial was not very good with only minimal time spent on extraction even though I explained this was my main reason for the facial. The treatment only lasted 50 minutes, a full 20 mins shorter than it should have been. Speaking to the manager on the phone she seemed to think this was acceptable as I had paid a reduced price through treatwell. Expensive facial not worth the money
