Infrared Sauna is good size cabin and comfortable as not sharing. Temperature was high - think around 55. No noise at all, excellent ambience, it doesnt seem to be in London - this is not only a sauna but a good escape from city life. I usually do three four infrared sauna cycle per year. I do this weekly for one month. In London I have been visiting few places and not all the sauna are the same although infrared! Trust me! Unfortunately, the shop I used to go for years has now closed, but I already find my fave one "Pure Spa and Beauty"! This would be my new clinic.
