So disappointing. The staff were so rude; no one made eye contact, didn't greet me or ask how I was. A woman just lead me through the change room and pointed to a door saying "the sauna is through there". When I went out, there was numerous doors, and as the infrared sauna wasn't explained, I was confused as to why it didn't have red light (other ones I've been in have). When I finally saw a staff member to ask, she acted like I was stupid for asking the question. Upon leaving, I said thank you and the woman at the desk said "OK" and gave me a weird look, while another one just said "she only came in for the infrared sauna" as I was walking away. The staff were unprofessional, the entire spa was loud, and they made no attempt to be quiet, and the facilities were so basic. I realise I was just coming for a sauna, but I will not come back, and I recommend no one goes here. Waste of money.

The massage was nice and relaxing and the masseur was respectful and professional. It's great that they are open at weekends unlike many others in the area, and the facilities and treatments they offer are excellent.
