The therapist was quite derisory about some ingrown hairs, and also in general. I wax every four weeks and have done so for about ten years without the directness I experienced here. In a vulnerable position, the last thing you want is someone being critical about you and how you look down below. Explains why the place was deserted at lunchtime in the middle of the city. Wasn't the best wax either.

Whilst the spa was running a bit late, the ladies did everything in their power to make the visit as enjoyable as possible. The actual treatment was 10/10 I’m so happy with my brow wax and tint!
