The spa is clean and relaxing and my treatment was good. However, the staff were quite brisk and the lady doing my waxing was rude at some points. I would come back for a wax but maybe a smile next time would be nicer :)

Venue was quite empty with lots of staff milling about, but the lady doing the manicures and pedicures was very busy and stretched for time. She did a good job, but was rushed.

Alina was excellent! She made me feel very comfortable and is exceptional at her job. It was one of the most painless experiences I've had! Definitely coming back as a regular customer!
