First impressions was that it had a professional, polished, high end but a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. When I walked in I felt like it was a perfect retreat from the office! Would like to return to explore other services on offer.
There was a discussion between a manager educating a member of staff on how a client was debriefed on aftercare, which was in ear shot of the reception which when escaping from the office I didn’t care to hear, but it wasn’t unprofessional.

My gel manicure was very good - really neat and quick. Only comment was that I had to wait 10 minutes before I was seen to but other than that a great experience.
