Honestly my worst waxing experience. First therapist left suddenly half way through the wax. When she left I still had wax on me, and my room was directly through the main door - she didn’t give me a chance to cover myself up and I was literally half naked on the bed, and had to wait for 5 mins with wax on me for the next therapist who just said the first therapist felt poorly. To remove the cold wax the second therapist had to be quite rough and I was bleeding at the end. I was pretty humiliated and appalled.

Lovely place, staff we super friendly and good manicure. Only marked down the tiniest bit because the range of colours was linoted
