For £200 not a lot for a lot of money.... Despite having paid for the treatments through last minute...I was advised I had to pay cash as their till wasn’t working, I explained I had already paid and gave voucher number... same again when I arrived pay cash explained again I had already paid.... this morning Had a voicemail telling me not to leave the hotel as I hadn’t paid.... mortified.... as for the treatments.... the spa facilities are adequate expect a little bit more from a hotel if this stature and what I am used to.... the body scrub was lovely and felt as if I was clean all over, the massage was a deep tissue one and was good or so I thought but my sciatic nerve has been playing up since.... the facial for me was poor more facial
Cleansing and masks and not enough massage...manicure was ok nothing special....lunch was rushed because of the way I had initially been booked in....all in all didn’t feel special and I would not reccomend it if your looking for a special pamper day.... not value for money
Good strong hot stone massage. Love the robes and the relaxation room. Would love a steam facial
Did not start so well with lack of staff to assist us and ended up having to sit around for about half and hour when we had originally hoped to make use if the spa facilities, which was also somewhat cramped than expected. The treatment itself was great though and done with care and really enjoyed it.
