A fantastic facial in a very convenient location, with clean & relaxing treatment rooms. The staff are very friendly & tried really hard to tailor the facial to my needs.
so i made an appointment today at to get a manicure,at the ocean terminal pure spa,i was waiting 10 minutes for the women to see me,not really a big deal,considering the receptionist was very nice,so i finally get seated and the women applied the base coat on my nails,she then tell me that as for some reason you can only use one bottle of nail varnish at a time,and the women next to me was using the same shade i had to wait for her to finsh,once again it wasn't to annoying i mean im a patient person i can wait,but then she told me she had another appointment to go to,and thats when i got annoyed,you need a better booking system if as stated a manicure takes 20 mins,make sure you only allow bookings past this time limit,sop o sate waiting for the poor nail tec women to finsh the women next to me before seeing to me,that poor over worked lass,so im finally gettign my nails painted red with some silver glitter on,what i wanted and the women cakes so much glitter on that i can bearly see the red,she was a lovely women but my nails look tacky as hell,i mean i might aswell have painted them myself a better job would of been done,and i had complainly as i said she was a lovely women but,i might aswell as trown the £19 down the drain im extremely unhappy,you need to get you time schedules re though out and your nail tec,s better trained.
I visited Pure for a back neck and shoulder massage. My therapist Jen was absolutely amazing. She explained everything and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Would definitely recommend!
