This relaxing massage was amazing to celebrate my birthday. After a long day of work, it was so calming to go into a safe and calm atmosphere to rest and recharge. The staff was friendly and incredibly supportive. I will definitely be coming back.

Pure Spa and Beauty was closed on lothian road, even though I had booked an appointment. Then, when they opened after my appointment they said they didn't have any therapists.. and I asked for an appointment soon, and the lady laughed at my face. I then had to travel to Loanhead a 40 min bus trip (1hr20) round trip to have the Pure Spa and Beauty Appointment (Lothian Road did not help with this only the lady on Customer Service did from Cheshire.) DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Not my best experience at this salon and I have been coming for a few years. My appointment was cancelled by the salon on the morning of my appointment. I rearranged for the next day but there was no apology or explanation.

I have had many gel manicures in the past and ever had problems with the polish chipping off - until now! I also noticed after leaving that she had missed doing the sides on a couple of nails. I’ll keep looking for a good nail place in Edinburh
