I was having a pure deluxe facial. It was pretty nice, relaxing.. but I was waiting for more like a cleaning facial for the price I paid..because my face if full of black dots which I didn’t receive. Anyway thanks 😊
Classic Facials
Won't be back, booked here for a last min wax as my usual beautician was fully booked. Poppy was great and very friendly but unfortunately a week after the wax, I have painful bumps and ingrowing hairs. After years of waxing I haven't experienced this before so not sure if its the technique or wax product.
Brazilian Waxing
Nice manicure but expensive for what it was. Only paid this much as it was a last minute appointment- otherwise was fine, definitely go for the most basic option as that’s all that’s really offered (the hand massage lasted a few seconds and I didn’t know I had other choices other than the cuticle treatment!) so certainly not £15 worth of added value. Otherwise the manicurist was lovely and she did a brilliant job
