I’ve been going to PURE Spa & Beauty for wax treatments for about 18 months now and there seems to have been a high staff turnover in that time. Each time I ask for someone, I’m told that they no longer work there. I used to be able to see the same person at each appointment, but now take whoever is available. Which means that what I’m told is included in my regular service varies with each individual. This is has been a little annoying, but I’ve accepted it. However, my last appointment left me feeling disappointed and like I wasn’t getting my money’s worth. I could put this down to the London City team being short staffed, so she was in a hurry, as it was not the first time that I was left locked outside or locked inside unable to get out after my appointments, as there was no one to man the reception desk, if the staff are all giving treatments. But when I pointed out that the treatment based on past experience was incomplete, I was dismissed. It was disappointing, I expected better.
