The waxing was not very thorough. I still had quite a few hairs here and there. Also, it was quite rough and I now have two open wounds in my face. Not sure if this was all due to a lack of training/skill of the staff or if the lighting in the room was so bad that the lady couldn’t see properly. Won’t go back there

Overall good experience. Very clean and new spa. Friendly therapist. Only downside is I’m not sure if there was any double dipping as the therapist kept me entertained with conversation and it only occurred to me towards the end when I looked at the wax pot...
