I recently had a Vampire Facial combined with PRP treatment at Pure Souls Wellness Clinic, along with Dermalux Tri-Wave therapy and a biotin injection to support hair growth. I'm genuinely pleased with the results. The procedure was clearly explained, and although it can be a bit uncomfortable, the practitioner was kind, professional, and very reassuring throughout—making the experience feel safe and manageable.

What truly set this experience apart was the staff member Bilal. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported, not just during the session but in every question and concern I had about hijama and overall wellness. It can be shown that the hospitality and wellness was brightened from the leadership of the owner(Auntie) every informative and welcoming presence would be from her you can clearly tell the owner clearly leads with her heart and so passionate which truly made me feel more than just a client; I felt truly looked after. If you’re looking for a place that blends effective, traditional healing with heartfelt support, this is the one. Their knowledge was impressive, but even more meaningful was the way they shared it with patience, a deep sense of compassion. It’s rare to find a team so committed to helping others in such a thoughtful and holistic way. Will definitely be returning very soon.
